View full detailsAlorAir's commercial dehumidifier lineup runs on low-grain refrigerant (LGR) technology, which pulls moisture more efficiently than standard refrigerant dehumidifiers once humidity drops — the difference that matters most in the later stages of a drying job. Every model runs a rotary compressor with a rare-earth alloy tube evaporator, automatic humidistat control across a 35%–90% RH range, and a built-in heavy-duty condensate pump so water can be pushed out and away from the work area instead of gravity-drained.
The CleanShield HEPA 550 air scrubber pulls contaminated air through a 3-stage filtration path — a MERV-10 pre-filter, an activated carbon filter for odor control, and a true HEPA filter rated to capture 99.5% of particles down to 0.3 microns. That combination handles the airborne dust, mold spores, and odor load kicked up during structural drying, demolition, and mold remediation. Units are stackable and daisy-chainable for negative air setups on larger losses, built with a rotomolded polyethylene shell and variable-speed airflow up to 550 CFM with GFCI-protected auxiliary outlets for powering additional equipment off the same unit.
Every Storm LGR commercial model includes a built-in condensate pump as standard, not an add-on — a necessity on restoration jobs where the dehumidifier isn't sitting next to a floor drain. The pump pushes condensate up and out through standard tubing, so a unit can run on an upper floor, in a basement below grade, or anywhere else gravity drainage isn't an option, without a crew member emptying a tank mid-job.
Beyond standalone dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, we also offer AlorAir combo packages that pair a LGR dehumidifiers with an air scrubber or fans sized to work together on the same drying job. These bundles are built for restoration crews outfitting a job or a truck in one purchase rather than assembling equipment piecemeal.
